摘要
目的了解医院免疫调节剂应用情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法对2009年至2010年免疫调节剂的销售金额和用量进行统计,采用用药频度(DDDs)分析方法和药物经济学方法对销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果 2009年至2010年该院免疫调节剂的品种稳定,中成药类免疫增强剂销售金额最高,激素类免疫抑制剂用药频度居首位。结论免疫调节剂的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价廉的免疫调节剂在临床上占优势。
Objective To investigate the use condition of immunomodulators in our hospital to provide some scientific basis for rational drug use.Methods The applications of immunomodulators in our hospital during period 2009-2010 were statistically analyzed in aspects of marketing amount of money,DDDs and daily consumptive amount of money by using DDDs and pharmacoeconomics.Results The varieties of immunomodulators were stable in our hospital during this period.The amount of money of Chinese patent medicines in immunoenhancers was highest and DDDs of steroid hormone drugs in immunodepressions was the first.Conclusion The use of immunomodulators in our hospital is basically rational.The immunomodulators with confirmative effects and the cheap cost are dominant in clinic.
