摘要
问答社区已成长为网络用户广泛参与的知识交流平台,极具潜力转变为大众参与的知识创新平台,助益于实现万众创新的国家发展战略。本文以知乎问答社区作为数据源,应用扎根理论构建了问答社区用户知识创新行为模式的影响因素模型。研究结果发现,社区承诺、收益认知、知识创新意识以及人文技术环境这四个主范畴对知识创新行为模式具有显著影响,社区人文技术环境与用户知识创新的收益认知、知识创新意识密切互动,共同影响成员的社区承诺和知识创新行为。在此基础上,本研究探索了主范畴构成因子及其影响机制模型,为促进问答社区知识创新行为模式的发展提供了思路和实施策略,同时指出了研究存在的不足及未来研究方向。
Social Q&A community has grown into a broadly participatory knowledge and information exchange platform, and has the potential to be transformed into a public participation knowledge creation platform to help realize the national strategy of public innovation. Based on the question and answer data in Zhihu website, this paper builds a model of the influencing factors of users, knowledge creation behavior pattern in social Q & A community by using grounded theory. The results show that four main categories have significant influence on knowledge creation behavior, including benefit cognition, knowl- edge creation awareness, community commitment and community cultural technological environment; community cultural technological environment closely interact with benefit cognition and knowledge creation awareness, and they jointly affect members' community commitment and knowledge creation behavior. On this basis, we explore the constituent factors of the main categories and the mechanism of their interaction, and provide train of thoughts and implementation strategies to promote social Q & A community knowledge creation behavior. In the meanwhile, the shortcomings of this paper and future research directions have been pointed out.
