摘要
目的:研究菊明合剂对胚胎期暴露手机辐射仔鼠的干预效果。方法:雄、雌性小鼠同笼饲养,雌鼠阴门出现阴栓后将孕鼠分笼饲养,将孕鼠随机分为3组,干预组、对照组和空白对照组。干预组和对照组鼠笼下方各置同型号手机一部,保持24 h开机状态。空白对照组不放置手机。干预组每日应用菊明合剂灌胃直至分娩,对照组和空白对照组无干预措施。分娩后,饲养F1仔鼠21天,测定各组小鼠白细胞总数、骨髓有核细胞数和骨髓细胞微核率。结果:干预组和空白对照组小鼠白细胞数量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨髓有核细胞数显示出相同结果,即干预组和空白对照组均高于对照组;但3组之间骨髓细胞微核率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:菊明合剂对胚胎期暴露手机辐射仔鼠具有抗辐射作用。
Objective:To research the effect of Juming mixture on intervention of newborn mice exposure to mobile phone radiation during embryonic phase. Methods:The female and male mice were bred together,then the female mice were separated for further study when vaginal plug in vulva were observed.The pregnant mice were divided into three groups randomly: intervention group,control group,and blank control group.Under each cage of intervention group and control group,one mobile phone of the same type was placed respectively,and the two mobile phones kept on working state for 24 hours.No mobile phone was placed under the cage of blank control group.The mice in intervention group were treated with pouring Juming mixture into stomach until delivery,while the mice in control group and blank control group didn't receive any intervention measures.After delivery,F1 newborn mice were bred for 21 days,the amounts of white blood cells,myeloid karyocytes,and the rates of micro-neucleus in bone marrow cells in intervention group,control group,and blank control group were detected. Results:The amounts of white blood cells in intervention group and blank control group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05);the amounts of myeloid karyocytes in intervention group and blank control group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the rate of micro-neucleus in bone marrow cells among the three groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion:Juming mixture has anti-radiation effect for newborn mice exposure to mobile phone radiation during embryonic phase.
