植物化学物芝麻菜素的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 研究发现摄入十字花科蔬菜可以降低人体患不同类型癌症的风险。芝麻菜素是十字花科蔬菜中含有的植物化合物异硫氰酸盐中的一种。本文综述芝麻菜素的结构和性质、来源、代谢和生物利用率以及预防癌症机理研究。芝麻菜素在未来将有可能成为一种有潜力的抗癌物质。 Consumption of cruciferous vegetables can cut the risk of developing a variety of cancers. Erucin is an isothiocyanate present in Eruca sativa. The structure and chemical properties, metabolism and bioavailability of erucin and the mechanism underlying its cancer-preventing function are discussed in this paper. Therefore, erucin will be a potential anti-cancer substance in the future.
