摘要
目的:通过测定CSA大兔模型椎-基底动脉平均流速(Vm)和搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)的变化,探讨项七针与颈夹脊穴对CSA大兔模型血流动力学的影响。方法:将27只正常新西兰白兔局部注射血液制成CSA大兔模型,随机等分为对照组、项七针组、颈夹脊穴组。对照组不予针刺治疗,项七针组、颈夹脊穴组分别针刺项七针和颈夹脊穴,经颅多普勒检查椎-基底动脉的血流动力学。结果:项七针组、颈夹脊穴组针刺治疗后Vm、PI、RI的改变与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);项七针组优于颈夹脊组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可改善椎-基底动脉的血液供应,项七针优于颈夹脊穴。
Objective:To study the change of Mean Peak Flow Velocity,Pulsatility index and Resistance index in New Zealand white rabbits' hematoplasma,then research the effect of Nape Seven Needles and Cervical Jiaji points in treating CSA.Methods:Use blood to inject 27 New Zealand white rabbits,and form the model of Cervical Spondylosis of vertebral Artery,then divide them into three: Control group,Nape Seven Needles group and Cervical Jiaji points group.Control group was not given acupuncture,the other two groups were given acupuncture.Color transcranial Doppler examination was performed.Results:The two Acupuncture treatment groups were different from Control group in Mean Peak Flow Velocity,Pulsatility index,Resistance index(P0.05);Nape Seven Needles group was superior to Cervical Jiaji points group(P0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can change Vertebrobasilar's blood supply,and Nape Seven Needle is superior to Cervical Jiaji point.
