摘要
为了解护士幸福指数及其影响因素,采用综合幸福感问卷对汉川市12所医院中206名注册护士进行问卷调查。揭示护士幸福指数处于中等水平,护士幸福指数与综合幸福感各维度、压力、职称等均有显著关联。建议针对情感、支持、压力、职称等相关因素采取适当干预措施提高护士幸福指数。
To know nurses' well-being index and the influencing factors, 206 registered nurses from 12 hospitals in Hanchuan were recruited by accidental sampling method and were investigated with a questionnaire. The well-being index of grassroots nurses is middle level. Nurses' well being index is significantly associated with the comprehensive well-being's each dimension, pressure, and professional title. We recommend taking appropriate measures for the emotion, support, pressure, professional title, and other relevant factors to improve nurses' well-being index.
