海马硬化型颞叶癫疒间海马组织中P-gp、p53和凋亡探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨海马硬化型颞叶癫疒间患者海马组织中P-gp、p53、凋亡的表达和意义。方法对17例海马硬化型颞叶癫疒间患者的手术标本分别进行免疫组化检查P-gp,p53;原位末端标记检测细胞凋亡;免疫印迹法检测P-gp,p53。结果对照组P-gp主要在血管内皮细胞表达,未见p53阳性细胞,仅有散在凋亡细胞;癫疒间组P-gp分布在血管内皮细胞和胶质细胞,14例有p53阳性细胞,均有凋亡细胞;免疫印迹法P-gp,p53表达较对照组明显增加。结论海马硬化型颞叶癫疒间患者海马组织中有P-gp、凋亡异常表达,p53可能发挥了调节作用。 Objective To explore the role of P-gp, p53 and apoptosis in thesclerotichip- pocampus in patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods The specimens were obtained from 17 patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. The expression of P-gp, p53 were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot, and the level of apoptosis was determined by TdT-mediated dUTP Nick-End Labeling. Results P-gp and p53 were highly expressed in the sclerotic hippocampus compared with that of control group. Increased apoptosis level of sclerotichippocampus was also observed. Conclusions The expression of P-gp , p53 and the level of apoptosis were significantly increased in the sclerotic hippocampus. P53 may play a role during this procedure.
