摘要
目的研究山茶花总黄酮(TFC)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡的影响。方法用改良Longa法行造模术,制成局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,参照Kato法对海马CA1区组织学改变进行分级,采用TUNEL法和电镜法观察缺血区脑细胞凋亡情况。结果TFC可明显减少缺血区神经细胞的死亡,对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后的细胞凋亡有明显的抑制作用。结论TFC可明显抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后的脑细胞凋亡。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of total of flacone C (TFC) on the cell apoptosis in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.METHODS Using modified longa method the model of rat focal cerebral I/R injury(2 h ischemia and 2 h reperfusion )was established.After operation,the rats were sacrificed and brains were removed for the detection of apoptotic neurons by the method of TUNEL and transmission election microscope.RESULTS TFC can significantly reduced the numbers of dead neural cells,restrained the cell apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.CONCLUSION TFC can remarkably restrain the cell apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
