摘要
为了提高学生的职业能力和创新精神,以满足企业对技能人才的需求,构建校企合作新模式是高职教育发展的必由之路。由于多种复杂的因素,目前高职院校在校企合作中表现出诸多的矛盾和不适应。本文就校企融合的制约因素和改进措施,结合高职教育实际情况进行分析和研究,旨在探索校企融合的发展之路。
In order to improve students＇ professional skills and innovation to meet the demand for skilled personnel, build a new model of school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of higher vocational education. Due to a variety of complex factors, vocational colleges in the school-enterprise cooperation exhibited many of the contradictions and not suited. This article on the constraints and improved measures of school-enterprise integration, combined with the actual situation of higher vocational education analysis and research designed to explore the road of the development of school-enterprise integration.
