摘要
农民组织化是我国现代化过程中面临的一个突出问题,它是经济问题,也是政治问题。它在我国今后的农村发展和社会全面发展战略中占据着突出的位置,它能推进基层民主政治发展,促进我国政治体制改革,也可能影响政治稳定。农民组织化是制度安排的产物,其解决也需要制度的创新和供给。
The problem of farmer organizations, which is not only an economic but also a political problem, is very prominent in China modernizations. It will occupy an important position in China＇ s rural development and full - scale development strategies. It can promote the development of gross - roots democratic politics, accelerate China＇ s political system reforms, and influence China＇ s political stability. It is the product of institution arrangement and can be resolved by innovation of institutions.
