摘要
农民素质包括农民的身体素质、智力素质和非智力素质等方面。当前农民综合素质存在许多问题,在新农村建设中提高农民综合素质具有十分重要的意义。要调动社会各方面的力量,采取多种措施,构筑多层次、全方位的教育培训体系,培育新型农民。
Farmer＇ qualities include physical,intellectual and non-intellectual qualities.At present,the improvement of farmer＇s comprehensive qualities is of much significance in the construction of new countryside.We should utilize all social forces and take various measures to build a multi-level and all-round educational system so as to train new farmers.
