摘要
企业价值观是企业的DNA,它决定一个企业的命运。目前我国众多企业在企业利润与消费者利益发生冲突时,他们首先选择追求企业利润;在企业利益和社会责任面前,他们首先选择企业利益。他们为什么选择这样做,是因为他们不能辩证地看待事物过程与结果的关系,只重利润结果,不重满足顾客需求和履行社会职责的过程,是他们企业价值观使然。
Enterprise values are a company＇s DNA of a sort, which determine a company~ destiny. Currently, many enterprises in China choose enterprise profits first when they conflict with consumer interests. And they choose first to pursue business interests between business interests and social responsibilities. Why do they choose to do so？ Because their enterprise values do not let them treat dialectically the relationship between process and outcome, while paying attention only to profits but not to satisfying customers demands and fulfilling their social responsibilities.
