摘要
社会主义核心价值的本体依据是社会主义经济结构与政治结构,社会主义核心价值是社会主义经济与政治的必然性要求的理论表达。社会主义核心价值应当继承中国传统文化中的优秀成分。仁政正义是中国古代政治伦理的精髓,是当代政府坚守社会主义核心价值的底线伦理,是检验真假社会主义的试金石。仁政正义的现代路径是市场经济与民主政治,或者说,市场经济与民主政治就是社会主义核心价值的重要内容。
The noumenon of the socialist nucleus value is both socialism economic structure and political structure. The socialist nucleus value is the theoretical expression of inevitable demand of both the socialist economy and politics. The socialist nucleus value should inherit traditional Chinese culture. The benevolent justice is the heart of ancient Chinese political ethics, which is both the bottom moral that the contemporary government sticks to the socialist nucleus value, and the touchstone to examine whether the socialism is genuine. The modern path of the benevolent justice is both market economy and democratic politics, in other words, which is the important content of the socialist nucleus value.
