摘要
分析了多边形效应对同步带直线传动移动误差的影响 ,得出误差计算的表达式。通过算例说明同步带及带轮的结构参数对移动误差影响的变化趋势 ,为合理选用同步带传动的结构参数打下基础。
The influence of polygon effect on the displacement error of timing belt linear transmission was analyzed,and an error expression was obtained. Calculation results show the change tendency of displacement error due to change in timing belt and pulley structure parameters.Thus a foundation for reasonable selection of structure parameters of timing belt and pulley was laid.
