摘要
在夹具定位副的不准确误差对机械加工尺寸精度影响的传统分析和一般夹具设计中,主要考虑加工尺寸方向上的定位误差对加工尺寸的影响,而没有定量地考虑其它方向上的定位误差对加工尺寸的综合影响。本文用数学方法和理论力学知识将夹具各定位面的移动误差和转动误差对工件加工尺寸的综合影响进行了定量的全面的分析和推导,建立了可应用的关系式。
In the traditional analysis of the machining dimension accuracy influenced by the inaccurate error of locating pair in the jig and the common jig design, we often mainly consider the influence of the finish dimension that caused by the locating error in the direction of the finish dimension, but don' t have the quota to consider the synthetic influence of finish dimension caused by locating error in other directions. The article has carried on the quantitative and comprehensive analysis and computation about the synthetic influence of the finish dimension caused by the moving error and the rotary error in the various locating surface in the jig by means of mathematics method and the theoretical mechanics knowledge, and also has established the available formula.
