摘要
根据机构结构学和拓扑学的观点 ,系统绘制了涡旋压缩机各种可能的机构简图 ,建立了涡旋压缩机机构的通用模型。通过各种机构间的网络图 ,不仅描述了各种机构间的相互关系和演化过程 ,而且提供了一些结构新颖的机构简图。在通用模型中 ,同时研究了驱动机构和防转机构 ,成为一个统一模型的相互耦合的部分 ,这有利于我们分析其对整机的作用和相互间的影响 ,另外通过通用模型 ,加深了对涡旋压缩机的认识 ,开拓了设计时的思路。
In terms of the viewpoint of mechanics and topology, all kinds of possible mechanism diagrams of the scroll compressor was drawn systematically, and a general mechanism model for the scroll compressor has been established. Through the network drawings of various mechanisms, this model describes not only the correlation of these mechanisms and their evolutive processes, but also some mechanism diagrams of novel structures. In the general model, the driving mechanism and rotation prevention mechanism are investigated at one time and they were made into intercoupling parts in one uniform model in order to analyze conveniently their effects on the whole machine and their interrelations.
