涡旋压缩机机构模型及径向随变调节原理 被引量:6

摘要 本文从机构学的基本原理出发,建立了一个由曲柄和双滑块组成的新的涡旋压缩机及径向随变机构的机构模型。应用该模型对涡旋机械及径向随变机构进行机构分析和运动分析的结果证明了该模型对各种结构类型的涡旋压缩机具有普遍意义,揭示了涡旋机械工作原理和工作条件的一般规律,特别是对现代涡旋压缩机设计中的关键技术——径向随变技术提供了理论基础和依据。 A new mechanical model of scroll compressor composed of acrank and two sliders is developed.New model is agreeable not only to the principle of mechanism but also to the mechanism concept commonly accepted by the people.Mechanical and kinematic analysis of scroll compressor by using this model show that new model is a generalized onefor scroll compressors of diferent configurations and revealsopration principle of scroll compressor as well as general pattern of operation regime.Expeccially,it provide theoretical basis for thekey technique radial compliant mechanism in the design of modern scroll compressor.
