摘要
根据区域经济理论,对2008—2010年湖北省77个区县外出务工农民技能培训需求的差异性进行分析。研究发现,一些区县培训需求波动较大;培训需求处于平均水平以下的区县占大部分;2008—2010年湖北武汉城市圈内不同圈层各区县经济联系紧密程度与培训需求表现出很显著的差异性,且差异性有逐年提高的趋势,即城市圈内与中心城市的经济联系紧密度越大的区县,其培训需求更旺盛。结合实证结果,本文提出了若干政策建议。
Based on regional economics theory, this paper analyzes the difference of demand for vocational training of peasants in 77 districts and counties of Hubei province from 2008 to 2010. Research finds that demand fluctuation with high volatility, demand for vocational training in most of districts and counties are below the average of Hubei province, the difference between regional economic relation and demand for vocational training of peasants working out of home is significant, and the difference is also improving from 2008 to 2010. It means that regional economic relation intensity has positive correlation with the demand for vocational training in difference districts and counties. According to the empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
