摘要
以刚性转子电磁轴承系统数学模型为基础 ,从理论与试验两方面分析影响电磁轴承转子回转精度的因素。结果表明 ,转子质量偏心、传感器测量表面不圆度 ,以及电源内部噪声等干扰因素对回转精度影响较大 ,这对实际系统的设计与调试具有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of mathematical model of magnetic bearing system, this paper analyses the factors which influence on rotary precision of the rotor. The results show that disturbances,such as, eccentric quantity, non-roundness of measuring surface and noise of power supply etc, have great effects on the rotary precision. The results are useful for system design and manufacture.
