摘要
以3种草坪草种子为材料,研究老化温度(39,41,43和45℃)和处理时间(24,36,48,60,72,84和96h)对种子发芽率的影响,筛选确定3种草坪草种子进行人工加速老化测定的适宜条件,并建立标准化的测定程序。结果表明:人工加速老化的方法能反映种子在活力水平上的差异,同时筛选出狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)种子加速老化最适温度是41℃,最适时间是48h;匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)种子加速老化最适温度是43℃,最适时间是72h;海滨雀稗(Paspalum vaginatum)种子加速老化最适温度是41℃,最适时间是60h。
Effects of different temperatures(39,41,43,45℃) and different aging times(24,36,48,60,72,84,96 h) on the seed germination rates of three kinds of turfgrass seeds were investigated.Results showed that the different vigor of seeds could be distinguished using accelerated aging.The optimal conditions of artificial accelerated aging for the seeds of Cynodon dactylon(Linn.) Pers.,Agrostis stolonifera,and Paspalum vaginatum SW.were 41℃ for 48 h,43℃ for 72 h and 41℃ for 60 h,respectively.
