摘要
为筛选夏大豆高活力种子适宜生产区域,以天成7号和湘夏2402为试验材料,在湖南长沙、衡阳、永州、张家界和邵阳进行多点联合繁种试验,比较不同生态区域夏大豆的产量和种子活力。结果表明:生态区域对大豆产量及种子活力均具有极显著影响;天成7号的产量表现为衡阳>永州>张家界>长沙>邵阳,湘夏2402的产量表现为永州>长沙>张家界>邵阳>衡阳;2个品种种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均表现为张家界>长沙>邵阳>衡阳>永州。基于产量与种子活力的综合评价,张家界试验点大豆种子活力最高,产量较高,适宜作为湖南省夏大豆的高产优质繁种基地。
This study aims to screen the suitable regions for the production of summer soybean seeds with high vigor.In 2024,a multi-site joint seed production trial was conducted with the soybean varieties'Tiancheng 7'and'Xiangxia 2402'in Changsha,Hengyang,Yongzhou,Zhangjiajie,and Shaoyang of Hunan Province.The summer soybean yields and seed vigor were compared across different ecological regions.The results showed that ecological regions exerted highly significant effect on the soybean yield and seed vigor.For'Tiancheng 7',the yield ranking was Hengyang>Yongzhou>Zhangjiajie>Changsha>Shaoyang.For'Xiangxia 2402',the yield ranking was Yongzhou>Changsha>Zhangjiajie>Shaoyang>Hengyang.For both varieties,the seed germination rate,germination index,and vigor index followed the trend of Zhangjiajie>Changsha>Shaoyang>Hengyang>Yongzhou.Zhangjiajie exhibiting the highest seed vigor and relatively high soybean yield served as a suitable region for the high-yield and highquality summer soybean seed production in Hunan Province.
