Recent advances in research of DNA biosensor

摘要 概述DNA生物传感器的构建方法,主要包括光学传感器、电化学传感器和信号放大型DNA传感器,以及近年来DNA生物传感器技术的研究进展. This review covers the main DNA biosensors including optical sensor, electrochemical sensor and signal amplified detection. The recent advances of DNA biosensors are also studied in this work.
