摘要
铁路客运生产经营指标体系是由若干相互联系的反映铁路经济和社会现象的统计指标所构成的整体。本文以铁路客运生产经营指标为研究对象,分析指标的整体性、相关性、功能性、目标性、层次性和复杂性,确定科学化研究的原则,首次以系统论研究方法对铁路旅客运营指标体系进行分析研究,并对运营指标体系进行分类和初步设计,最后给出利用指标体系和雷达图进行评价的方法初探。
Railway Passenger Production and Operation Indices System consisted of variety of statistics indices of railway economy and society phenomena. Integrity, relevance, functionality, objectiveness, hierarchy and complexity of railway passenger production and operation indices were analyzed in this paper to design a scientific discipline. The research method of System Theory was initially adopted to analyzed Passenger Production and Operation Indices. The Indices System was classified and designed. At last, an evaluation method was introduced based on the above Indices System and radar chart.
