摘要
针对我国高新技术产业管理的实际，运用系统工程的思想方法建立了高新技术产品评价方法体系．从系统综合评价的角度，运用ＡＨＰ法建立了评价指标体系，提出了高新技术产品定量评价法——多目标决策的线性加权和评价法、模糊综合评价法和人工神经网络评价法，该方法体系为高新技术产品、企业及产业评价和产业政策研究奠定了基础，也为实现定期滚动地认定高新技术产品奠定了基础．
This paper discusses the system of methods how to evaluate high tech products, which contains multi objective linear weighting sum method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and artificial neural networks method. It will offer an effective tool for the management of hight tech products in our country and be beneficial to raise the management level of high tech industries.
