摘要
采用ProCast软件对核电用双相不锈钢叶轮的铸造过程进行了模拟。通过对铸件凝固过程的温度场和速度场的计算,预测出缩松、气孔及夹渣缺陷的位置。预测结果与实际生产情况相吻合。在对缺陷分析的基础上,通过增加补贴量及降低浇注速度,提出了新的工艺方案,消除了铸件中的缩松、气孔和夹渣等缺陷,提高了铸件的质量。
The casting process of duplex stainless steel impeller for nuclear power is simulated by using ProCast software. Through the calculation of temperature and velocity field, distribution of shrinkage porosity, pore and slag is predicted, which agrees well with the actual production. On the basis of analysis, some modification is made by increasing the allowance of casting and reducing the flow rate. Using the new casting method, the shrinkage porosity, pore and slag disappear compared with the original one, and the quality of the casting is improved.
