摘要 对触头材料的熔渗机理、熔渗过程进行了详细的分析 ,并以制造 Cu Cr50和 Cu W系触头为例 ,提出了确定触头材料熔浸过程工艺参数的原则和方法 :确定烧结工艺参数时要兼顾氧化膜的去除、保证骨架强度和孔隙通道 ,要考虑不同粉末粒径及生坯特性 ;而确定熔渗工艺参数时则要考虑骨架金属粉末的粒径、生坯的高度、牌号及熔渗剂熔点。 Infiltration mechanism and processes for producing contact materials are analyzed in detail in this paper. Through investigating CuCr50 and CuW contact, some principles and methods to define the production parameters have been suggested. When the sintering parameters are defined by size of particles and the property of blank, the oxide film, skeleton strength and the passage of porosity must be considered, infiltration parameters should be determined by the size of the particles, the height of the blanks, grade and the melt temperature of the infiltratant.
