摘要
研究了 Si O2 - Al N复合材料的抗热震性 ,分析了影响 Si O2 - Al N复合材料的抗热震性的诸因素。结果说明 ,Si O2 - Al N复合材料的临界热震温差在 60 0°C左右 ,提高材料的柔韧性和热导率、降低线膨胀系数有助于其抗热震性的改进。
Thermal shock resistance of SiO 2 AlN composites were investigated. The teheoretical analysis of thermal shock resistance of SiO 2 AlN composites was conducted. The results showed that the critical temperature difference was estimated to be about 600°C. The optimized mechanical properties and thermal properties will be conducive to the enhanced thermal shock resistance.
