摘要
采用高分散、高稳定混合水悬浮液方法制备Si3 N4/ [SiC +B4C]复合陶瓷 ,研究了亚微米B4C含量对Si3 N4/ [SiC+B4C]复合陶瓷性能的影响以及断裂相变量与性能的关系 。
Methods of highly dispersed and stabilized mixing aqueous suspension were allied to prepare the Si_3N_4/[SiC+B_4C] composites. The effects of B_4C content on the properties of ceramics composites and the relationships between phase transformation volume during fracture and properties have been investigated. The possibility of add together the B_4C(α) transformation toughened and particle strength-toughened mechanisms were discussed.
