摘要
八会穴之一脏会章门为脾之募穴,脾之精气结聚之处,脏气会聚之处,是根据人体的生理情况和穴位特点命名的。因其归经、解剖位置、穴性和临床应用方面的独特性,为其脏之会的名称的确定提供了充分的理论依据。
The influential acupoint of zang-zhangmen, as one of the eight influnential aeupoints, is where the essence of the zang（especially the spleen） accumulates. It is named due to the phisilogical function of the human body and the characteristic of the acupoints. In this essay, we provide adequate theoretical foundation to define the influential acupoint of zang through the channel tropism, the property of the acupoint and the clinical practice.
