摘要
讨论了拥塞预防在ＡＴＭ网络中的必要性以及拥塞预防的关键性要素，并利用分布式系统中并行计算的动态负载平衡的思想．提出了ＡＴＭ网络中负载的概念，给出了ＡＴＭ网络拥塞预防的算法。
This paper discusses the necessity of congestion preventing in ATM networks and, its key factors. Recuring to the idea of dynamic load balancing of paraller computing in distributed system, the concept of load in ATM networks is presented and, an algorithm is introduced.
