摘要
目的:研究并构建一套护士长绩效考核指标体系。方法:在文献回顾和专家访谈的基础上,应用德尔菲法(Delphi Method)对30位专家进行两轮函询。结果:构建出一套包括3项一级指标、13项二级指标、43项三级指标的护士长绩效考核体系。结论:从专家的积极性、权威程度及专家意见的协调程度、变异系数等方面分析得出,本研究构建的护士长绩效考核指标体系是可靠的,可作为对护士长工作绩效进行评估的依据。
Objective: To study and establish performance appraisal system of head nurse. Methods: Based on document review and specialists consultation, 30 experts were consulted twice by the application of Delphi Method. Results: In the performance appraisal system of head nurse, there were 3 first grade indexes, 13 second grade indexes and 43 third grade indexes. Conclusion: The enthusiasm, authority and harmony of the specialists and the coefficient of variation were good. The performance appraisal system of head nurse was reliable. It could provide a reference for the performance appraisal of head nurse.
