摘要
目的:探讨上海市殷行地区成人高血压人群体质指数(BMI)与糖代谢异常的关系。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对上海市殷行地区成人高血压人群进行流行病学调查及实验室检测。根据BMI不同水平分级,使用SPSS17.0软件分析不同BMI水平的糖代谢异常率,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:该高血压人群中男女性超重检出率分别为34.2%和37.5%;肥胖检出率分别为5.9%和13.1%,女性高于男性(P<0.05)。空腹血糖受损(IFG)及IFG与糖尿病(DM)总体患病率男性明显高于女性(P<0.01);DM及IFG与DM合计患病率均随BMI水平的增高而增加(P<0.01),同时DM患病风险随BMI水平的升高而增加。结论:上海市殷行地区成人高血压人群中BMI是糖代谢异常的独立相关因素。
Objective：To investigate the relationship between abnormal glycometabolism and Body Mass Index（BMI） of the adult hypertensive population in Yin Xing,Shanghai.Methods：Randomized cluster sampling method was used to do epidemiological investigation and laboratory investigation of the adult hypertensive population in Yin Xing,Shanghai.The abnormal glycometabolism rates of different levels of BMI are analysed by using SPSS17.0,and the multiple factor regression analysis is conducted according to the different grading levels of BMI.Results：The male and female overweight rates of these hypertensive people are respectively 34.2% and 37.5%;the obesity rates are respectively 5.9% and 13.1%,the obesity rate of female is higher than that of male（P0.05）.The total impaired fasting glucose（IFG） and IFG and diabetes mellitus（DM） incidence rate of male is higher than that of female（P0.01）.The male and female total DM and DM and IFG incidence rate increases with the increasing BMI level（P0.01）,the risk of DM incidence increases with the increase of BMI level at the same time.Conclusion：BMI is the independent relevant factor of the abnormal glycometabolism in the adult hypertensive population in Yin Xing,Shanghai.
