蒙古沙鼠的脑底动脉解剖及其在全脑缺血模型中的应用

THE ANATOMY OF ARTERIA BASILARIS IN GERBILS AND THE GLOBAL ISCHEMIC MODEL WITH GERBILS

摘要 目的研究蒙古沙鼠脑底动脉的形态,为制作全脑缺血再灌注模型提供解剖学依据.方法成年蒙古蒙古沙鼠30只,分别用铅丹混合液和乳胶混合液两种方法灌注,甲醛固定,铅丹组用X线机拍片观察.乳胶组用去骨暴露血管直接观察.分别观察蒙古沙鼠脑底动脉的构成及分支、分布情况.结果蒙古沙鼠的脑底动脉来自颈内动脉系和椎-基底动脉系,颈内动脉的主要分支有:大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉,基底动脉的主要分支是小脑上动脉.颈内动脉及其分支与基底动脉及其分支之间未见任何交通支.结论蒙古沙鼠的脑底动脉无后交通动脉,没有完整的大脑动脉环.颈内动脉系和椎-基底动脉系为两个独立的供血系统.为制作全脑缺血的两血管阻塞模型提供了天然的条件,本文对此进行了进一步的验证. Objective To study the morphologic features of the arteria basilaris in gerbils providing an anatomical data for global ischemic models.Methods Thirty adult gerbils were studied in present paper,the gerbils were perfused with minium compound solution or foam rubber compound solution and affixed with formaldehyde.Then X-ray shot from the group perfused with minium and with exposing blood vessels from the group perfused with rubber foam were performed.The formation of the arteria basilaris and the distribution of the branching of the arteria basilaris with the two methods were observed.Reselts The internal carotid artery and basilar artery formed the arteria basilaris.The principal branches of internal carotid artery are: anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery.The principal branch of basilar artery is superior cerebellar artery.The branch of the internal carotid artery and the vertebral artery supply the brain of the gerbils.Conclusion The posterior communicating artery was absent between the arteria basilaris and the vertebral artery,there was no complete cerebral arterial circle.Therefore,gerbils can be used to make global ischemic models such as 2-vo model.
