摘要
本文应用血管色素明胶灌注法，观察了５４例成年家兔的大脑动脉环。结果表明：兔大脑动脉环属移行型，即由颈内动脉和椎－基底动脉的分支在脑底形成一个环状吻合。其一般结构与人大脑动脉环基本相似，由两侧大脑前动脉及其吻合支（总前大脑动脉或前交通动脉）、两侧颈内动脉、两侧后交通动脉和两侧大脑后动脉近侧段所组成的多角形环。多数兔大脑动脉环虽不具有前交通动脉，但它仍为完整的封闭型环。免大脑动脉环是十分多变的，不对称型的环占８７．０４％。
The cerebral arterial circles of 54 adult rabbits were observed by injection of colorgelatin.The results showed that the cerebral arterial circle in the rabbit was of 1 ransitional typeand a circular anastomosis formed by branches of the internal carotid and vertebro-basal arteriesat the base of the brain,The general structure of cerebral arterial circle in the rabbit was similar tothat in the human.It was a polygonal circle consisting of bilateral arteries,namely,the anteriorcerebral arteries and their anastomosis(the common anterior cerebral artery or anterior communi-cating artery),internal carotid arteries,posterior communicating arteries and proximal portions ofthe posterior cerebral arteries.Though there was no anterior communicating artery in most of thecerebral arterial circles,they appeared as complete circles. The cerebral arterial circle in the rabbitpresented a variety of types,87.04 % being a summetrical.
