摘要
目的探讨多次低剂量X线全身照射对小鼠睾丸重量及血清性激素水平影响。方法采用0、0.025、0.075及0.1GyX线多次照射小鼠,电子天平测定小鼠体重、睾丸重量,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)。结果0.025Gy组睾丸重量及睾/体比值较对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05),0.075、0.1Gy组睾丸重量及睾/体比值均明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);各剂量照射组小鼠血清T及LH较对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05),0.025、0.075Gy照射组小鼠血清FSH较对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05),0.1Gy照射组小鼠血清FSH与对照组相比较具有显著统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论多次低剂量X线照射可使小鼠睾丸重量及睾/体比值下降,且具有剂量效应,对血清T及LH无明显影响,一定剂量X线照射可升高血清FSH水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose X-ray irradiation on mouse testicular weight and serum sex hormone levels. Methods The mice were irridiated repeatly by low dose X-ray of 0, 0.025, 0.075 and 0.1Gy. Therir body weight and testicular weight were measured by electronic balance. The levels of of serum testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were detecetd by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results There were no significant differences in testicular weight and the testis/body ratio between 0.025Gy and control groups (P〉0.05). The testicular weight and the testis/body ratio were lower in 0.075 and 0.1Gy groups than that in control group ( P〈0.05); There were no significant differences in levels of serum T and LH between all irradiation and control groups (P〉0.05), respectively, there were no differences for FSH between 0.025 and 0.075Gy and control groups (P〉0.05), respectively. The level of serum FSH in 0.1Gy group was higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Repeatlow dose irradiation might reduce mouse testicular weight and the testis/body ratio. which existed a a dose-dependent effect. It hadno affects in levels of serum T and LH, maybe increase the level of serum FSH.
