摘要
当前,全国高职院校各专业正积极研究探索"双证"人才培养模式以适应日益激烈的就业竞争,而我国软件产业人才短缺,因此,高职软件技术专业教育不能仅停留在学历教育上,需结合企业、行业对软件人才的岗位能力和职业素质需求,对软件技术专业"双证"人才培养模式进行探索与创新。
At present, the national each major in higher vocational colleges is positive research to explore the ＂ double certificate＂ of talent training mode to adapt to the increasingly fierce employment competition, and the software industry in China talent shortage, therefore, software technology specialty in higher vocational education education not only stay in degree education, should be combined with enterprise, industry of software talents post ability and professional quality demand, the software technology professional ＂ double certificate＂ of talent training mode to undertake exploration and innovation.
