摘要
综述了膳食中脂肪的来源、种类、生理功能,论述了膳食脂肪摄入的质与量对人的健康的影响,得出在日常膳食中必须科学合理地均衡摄入脂肪。
This papered reviewed the source,the species,and the physiological function of dietary fat,and discussed the effect of the dietary fat on human health.Results showed that we must balance dietary fat in the daily diet.
