摘要
结合成本控制的概念,阐述了建筑工程项目成本控制的意义、方法及原则,针对目前建筑工程项目成本控制存在的弊端进行了分析,并探讨了加强成本控制的措施,指出应通过优化设计方案,确立成本控制原则,利用技术和经济措施控制项目成本。
Combining with the concept of cost control, this paper elaborated the cost control significance, methods and principles of construction project, analyzed the existed problems of cost control according to present construction project, and discussed the measures to strengthen cost control, pointed out that should through optimizing the design plan, established the cost control principle, using technical and economic meas ures to control project cost.
