成本目标管理的质量直接关系到工程项目管理的成败。施工企业在激烈的市场经济的环境中,要善于将成本目标管理的理念和方法运用到工程项目的管理之中,追求利益的最大化,使企业的竞争力不断得到提高。
The quality of the cost target management has direct relations to the success or failure of the engineering project management. The construction enterprises should be capable to apply the concept and method of the cost target management to the management of engineering projects under the severe market economy to seek for the maximum of the benefits. In this way the competitive capability of the enterprise can be increased continuonsly.
