摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)是目前外科治疗冠心病最常用和最有效的方法之一,而脑卒中是CABG后严重并发症之一,具有较高的致残率及致死率。颈动脉狭窄是CABG后脑卒中的独立危险因素,关于合并颈动脉狭窄的CABG患者的情况及其处理也引起了广泛关注,本文就其研究进展进行综述。 Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is a very common and effective surgery for patients with coronary heart disease. Stroke is one of the most serious complications after the surgery with high disability and mortality rate. Carotid ar tery stenosis is an independent risk factor for stroke after CABG and much attention has been paid to the situation and the treat ment of the carotid artery stenosis in patients undergoing CABG.
