摘要
急性心肌梗死行PCI治疗期间或之后发生缺血性脑卒中是非常少见的事件,但却是灾难性并发症。由于这种事件的发生几率较少,很难拿出标准的治疗方法。文章介绍一些关于PCI围手术期或之后发生缺血性脑卒中的预防及治疗策略,供同道参考。
Acute ischemic stroke during or after percutaneous cardiac intervention is a rare event but devastating complication. The low incidence of above mentioned events has precluded the emergence of a standard treatment. This paper introduces some information about how to prevent and deal with the ischemic stroke peroperative or postoperative period of PCI in acute myocardial infarction.
