摘要
对AA3104热轧铝板的织构分别进行了X射线反射法测量和X射线透射法测量。采用X射线透射法测量时,对极图数据作了绕轧向转90°的坐标转换,以直接测得热轧铝板的真实织构,避免用X射线反射法测量时铝板织构不均匀性引起的测量结果偏离整体织构。X射线透射法测量织构简捷、准确。铝板心部和表面织构是不一致的,退火可改变铝板的织构。
Texture in hot rolled AA3104 aluminum plate was measured respectively by X-ray reflection and X-ray transmission techniques.When measured by X-ray transmission technique,a 90° rotation of coordinate system around rolling direction was made for pole figure datum so as to directly measure the real texture in the hot rolled aluminum plate and to avoid possible deviation of the texture measured by the X-ray reflection technique from the integrated texture in the aluminum plate resulting from a texture inhomogeneity.The X-ray transmission technique is a simple and accurate way to determine texture.The textures in the core and case of aluminum plate are different,and can be changed by annealing.
