摘要
以罐用3104铝合金热轧板为试验材料,分别采用X射线反射法和透射法检测了板材不同厚度层面的织构和整体织构。结果表明:铝合金热轧板每一层的织构都不相同,存在明显的织构不均匀性。X射线反射法检测的只是某一层面的织构,而透射法获取的是铝合金板整个厚度上的织构信息,因而是铝合金热轧板全面和准确的织构。铝合金热轧板中含有旋转立方织构{001}<110>,立方织构{001}<100>,{111}γ线织构,铜型织构{112}<111>,黄铜织构{110}<112>及其他{110}线织构等复杂织构组分。铝合金热轧工艺造成了铝合金板中的织构不均匀性,也是造成热轧板复杂织构组分的原因。
The texture of layers in 3104 aluminum alloy hot rolling band for can and integral texture of whole thickness of the sheet were measured by X-ray reflection diffraction method and transmission technique respectively. The result shows that: texture of every layer in the hot rolling band is different with each other and texture inhomogeneity is evident in the sheet. The texture measured by X-ray reflection method is just one layer of the hot band and the X-ray transmission technique can capture the texture of overall thickness of the band. Therefore, the texture tested by transmission method is the true and integral texture of the sheet. The hot rolling band contains complex texture components such as Cube-rotation {00} 〈 110 〉 , Cube {001 } 〈 100 〉 , { 111 } γ - fibre, Copper {112} 〈 111 〉 , Brass {110} 〈 112 〉 and other [110} fibre. The hot rolling processes induce the texture inhomogeneity and the complicated texture configuration in the aluminum alloy hot rolling band.
