探讨增强磁共振下肢静脉顺行造影的可行性 方法:选取1例可疑股浅静脉狭窄患者,经足静脉注入造影剂Gd-DTPA 10 ml,应用三维稳态快速激发序列获取股浅静脉影像 结果:造影过程顺利,患者无不适,静脉造影图显示股浅静脉中段狭窄,横径3mm,(?)下范围4cm
To probe the feasibility of contrast - enhanced magnetic resonance ascendingvenography of lower extremity. Methods A patient with suspected narrowed femoral vein was selected. 10 ml of contrast media Gd - DTP A was injected through the dorsal vein of the foot, immediately followed by the scan of the vein with the sequence of 3 diamentional fast imaging in static procession. Results No discomfort occurred during the the course of venography. The narrowness of femoral vein at middle segment with the width of 3 mm and length of 4 cm was noted in the MR venogram. Conclusion Contrast - enhanced magnetic resonance ascending venography of lower ex-tremitv is feasible.
