摘要
以中医理论为指导,结合临床经验,从脏腑经络定位、主要证型、专症专药三方面探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验及体会。认为本病病位主要在肝、肾及相关经络,主要证型为气血瘀滞型、寒湿阻络型、肾气亏虚型,阐述运用活血祛瘀、散寒除湿、滋补肝肾方剂及相关药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的体会。
On the basis of Chinese medical theory and individual experience, this paper explores the experience with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc from three aspects ： location of Zang-Fu organs, meridians and collaterals, main patterns, syndromes and medicine. We hold that the locations of disease are liver, kidney and related meridians; the main patterns are stagnation of qi and blood pattern, cold-dampness blocking collaterals pattern and deficiency of kidney qi pattern. This paper introduces experience with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by related medicines and prescriptions with blood-activating and stasis-dispelling, dispel｜ing cold and removing dampness and nourishing liver and kidney actions.
