摘要
目的:对比针刺配合推拿与口服西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将104例患者随机分为两组,治疗组54例,以针刺相应腰椎夹脊穴配秩边、环跳等穴配合推拿治疗;对照组50例口服芬必得治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为88.0%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠。
Objective:To compare clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with massage and oral administration of western medicine on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk.Methods:One hundred and four cases were randomly divided into a treatment group who were treated by acupuncture Jiaji point(EX-B2),Zhibian(BL54),Huantiao(GB30) and other points combined with massage,and the control group by oral administration of fenbid.Results:The effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 88.0% in the control group,respectively.There was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage has a definite therapeutic effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk.
