摘要
分别以孢子萌发法与菌丝生长法测定了4种土壤消毒剂对香蕉枯萎病病原菌(Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cubense)的毒力作用,并对接种香蕉枯萎病病原菌10 d的香蕉组培苗分别灌注4种土壤消毒剂进行药效测定,结果表明,98%棉隆、50%石灰氮对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果分别为88.0%、74.8%,其防治效果显著优于10%二氧化氯和99%溴氯海因。
The toxicity of four varieties of soil disinfection disinfectants was determined by the method of mycelium growth and spores germination of Fusarium oxysporium f.sp. cuber^e, and the control effects of the soil disinfection disinfectants were determined by using banana planflets infected by Banana vascular wilt for ten days . The results showed that the control effects on banana vascular wilt of 98% dazomet (WP) was 88.0% , that of 50% Calcium (WG) was 74.8% , their control effects were obviously better than 10% chlorine dioxide (WP) and 99% chlorine dioxide (WP) Bromo chloro hydantoin Powder.
