摘要
以Honeywell EPKS系列DCS与某成套装置PLC RS232接口通信为实例,着重介绍了实现DCS与PLC RS232通信的协议转换网络搭建、软件组态和调试方法,并分析了项目实施过程中的一些技术要点和故障排除方法。
This paper takes the interface communication between Honeywell EPKS series DCS and PLC RS232 system of one equipment as an example. Mainly introduce a method of protocol transformation network construction, software configuration and commissioning for DCS and PLC telecommunication. It also analyzes the key techniques and the troubleshooting method in project implementation.
