以中铝某公司热电站DCS系统设计工程为案例,根据循环流化床锅炉的控制要求并结合Honeywell的控制系统Experion PKS的特点,讲述了EPKS系统的组成、系统组态工具和系统组态数据点的类型,并介绍了该系统中一次风控制方案,以及组态时的注意事项和应用中的一点体会。
This article about a company in the aluminum thermal power plant DCS systems design engineering case.The system composition,system configuration tools and the type of system configuration data nodes of EPKS are described based on the control requirement for circulating fluidized bed boiler and characteristics of Honeywell Experion PKS.Blower control,some points which should be paid attention during configuration and some experience are introduced.
