摘要
从设计思想、设备选型、安装调试以及运行等方面介绍了柳州供电局无人值班变电站综合自动化的实施。无人值班变电站均采用微机综合自动化系统和微机保护 ,有 4个站采用西门子LSA678系统 ,有 2个站采用美国GE公司的产品 ,其余为国内的产品。运行的情况表明 ,遥控、遥调和事故时的遥信正确动作率均达到部颁标准 ,但在线监视的遥测量、遥信量不准确情况较多 ,采取措施后则大幅度降低。
From design concept,equipment selection,installation,commissioning and operation,the implementation of unmanned substation automation of Liuzhou Electric Power Bureau is introduced.The microcomputer integrated automation systems and microprocessor based protections are adopted:four substations with Siemens’ LSA678,two with GE’s,the rests with domestic products .The operation situation shows that the performances of tele control,tele regulation,tele signaling in incident cases reach the standard issued by Electric Power Ministry.But the correctness of online tele metering and tele signaling is not good enough.It is improved by some measures taken.
